Books* can be returned up to 14 days after receipt, provided they are in new condition. Please enclose a completed return document, the packing slip and (a copy of) the receipt with your return. You can download the return document on our contact page, the packing slip and the receipt are always included in the shipment of your book(s). Make sure that everything is filled in correctly and completely.
Note: If you have not received an invoice, you do not need to fill in the "invoice number" field.
Books that you wish to return can be dropped off at a Standaard Boekhandel store or sent to the address on the return document. Drop off at a Standaard Boekhandel is free, if shipped via a transport company you are responsible for the shipping costs yourself.
As soon as your return has been processed, we will inform you by e-mail. From 01/01/2024 onwards, refunds will be made in the form of a voucher.
*Unfortunately, we cannot accept digital items, licenses and books with activation codes as returns because it is impossible to determine whether the digital code has already been used.
