The reason a parcel is returned to us by Bpost is often because an incorrect/incomplete delivery address was used or the parcel was not collected from the post office.
No worries, we can resend your parcel as soon as we receive it from Bpost. However, we only resend parcels at the request of students, so be sure to contact us if your parcel was returned. You can contact us by phone or email.

When we receive a parcel that has been returned, we keep it until the end of the current semester. Parcels that were returned during the first semester will be kept until the start of the Christmas holidays, parcels that were returned during the second semester will be kept until the start of the Summer holiday.
